Thinklabs stopped servicing the older ds32a models as of November 15th, 2019, though spare parts are available through the Thinklabs Store, including:
Soft silicone ear tips (pair)
- Ear assembly
- Diaphragm
- Refurbished battery case cover (call for more information)
